Join us for the Welsh Dharma Celebration 2023, an inspirational weekend event in Swansea, with international teacher Kadam Bridget Heyes, the UK National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition. During this year’s Celebration Kadam Bridget will grant the blessing empowerment of Buddha Arya Tara and give inspiring teachings on how to change your mind from negative to positive and discover your untapped potential.

Both days of the Celebration are available online as a live-stream.

There is also a hybrid option where you can attend Saturday in-person and access the Sunday sessions via live-stream online.

Teacher

Kadam Bridget Heyes

Kadam Bridget Heyes is an international meditation teacher known for her compassionate heart, deep understanding of Dharma, and exceptionally clear teachings. As well as being the UK National Spiritual Director she is also the principal teacher at Nagarjuna KMC in Northamptonshire.
